I love summer because you literally just get to lounge around for a good portion of your days. On this day, I went to Target with Kellen and then out to lunch to In-N-Out, where Trevor joined us for a burger.
I really liked the randomness of this outfit. As mentioned in the previous post, I’ve been inspired by Carrie Bradshaw and Sarah Jessica Parker lately. I’ve been trying to take more risks and not be so “matchy/matchy” with everything. I took a chance and I was pleased with the results. I’ll be trying more stuff like this, so keep your eyes peeled!
Outfit:
- Striped Shirt, Charlotte Russe. I love the fabric and the laid back colors that CR used to make this light-weight shirt. The sleeves help to make it look a little more sophisticated as well.
- Skirt, stolen from Justine’s give-away back, F21. I’m usually not one for high-waisted skirts, but Justine inspired me when she gave me this little number. The color is one I don’t have a lot of, but I like how versatile it is! And look at all the little buttons! And it’s got belt loops!
- Belt, thrifted.
- Necklace, bought at the Greek Festival. I’m just so in love with it, it’s not even funny.
- Bracelet, Gifted. I believe it’s from Anthropologie though.
- Silver Flats, GAP.
