Dress: F21; Shoes: Crochet Toms in Natural
New Orleans was HOT. Hot, hot. HOT.
Basically, only a dress would suffice for walking around and exploring the city. I threw on my brand new Toms that I bought in Oxford, Mississippi (I have a serious problem with buying duplicates) and was good to go!
