One of my favorite work friends, also a friend I’ve had since I was 8 years old (she got me the job), is headed onward and upward, moving to Washington DC in the beginning of May. Her last day at Oliver Peoples is Wednesday – and it’s SO WEIRD thinking about how the office will be without her! I’ve yet to experience the loss of a work friend/constant lunch buddy, so I have no clue how to handle this. It’s only just now starting to hit me – she’s LEAVING!

Know the feeling? Any suggestions on how to properly cope?

We spent our lunch break today grabbing some smoothies (for her) and sitting and eating Starbucks salads (for me) – before finally heading back up, but not before stopping and taking some outfit pictures on Sunset.
