This is basically an Allie outfit in a nutshell. Denim cutoffs, a loose and comfy tee, a cute pair of shoes and wild hair. It’s definitely what I put on when I want to be comfortable, so it was the perfect outfit to throw on when Trevor and I continued our non-tourist tour of Los Angeles the other night.
The LACMA lights are one of my favorite places in LA. I love the lights themselves; there is definitely something romantic about them. But, mainly, I love watching people’s reactions to the lights. The head goes up and they slowly pace the aisles, looking up at the different heights. A couple will kiss. Best friends will pose for pictures and approach random strangers to help them with their goal. There’s something so communal about them. Like, as long as you’re in the glow of these lights; you’re all a part of the same thing.
And I love that it’s this way even at 10pm on a random night in the middle of the week in the middle of September.
