With the ROYAL WEDDING EXTRAVAGANZA that happened yesterday (sigh), I celebrated the only way that I could…by wearing the colors of the Union Jack!
(Red lips, white shirt, blue pants. I funnnnnnnnny.)
But seriously. Did you all watch it/look at pictures from it? It was so glamourous and beautiful and a fairy tale come true, which makes my little romantic heart go pitterpatterpitterpatter in my chest. Not that I would ever really want to marry into the royal family, but still. It’s still so romantic and a real life Cinderella story.
But in all seriousness, it all just seems like too much pressure.
Kate Middleton isn’t just a celebrity now, she’s a Duchess (not a Princess, sniffle) and the entire world will be watching her every move to make sure she fits that title.
“With this ring, I thee wed”, right? Kinda.
More like, “with this ring, I promise to be on excellent behavior for the rest of my life”.
No late night pub hopping for her!
Anywhoooo…this outfit kind of came together in minutes while I was rushing to get ready for work. I love the style and texture of this top, romantic and girly while being slightly conservative.
The jeans don’t need an explanation since we all know how much I love me some flaired leg.
My mom and I snatched up these earrings at the BCBG outlet for …. $4.20. For reals. No joke. They’re surprisingly NOT heavy.
And the Ladybug made an appearance in this post! Gotta love bright red cars, I know I do!
