For all of those who live in Moorpark, you know what all the fuss is about. For everyone who doesn’t live here, every year our city celebrates the 4th on the 3rd (because it’s cheaper!)…
This is the outfit I wore to work. I changed right after this because I realized that since the majority of the event is at night, I should probably put on pants for good measure…thank god I did, IT WAS SO COLD!
Outfit:
- Red top. I wore this to the night-time even too! So festive! Even though I really do think I only wind up wearing it once a year.
- Skirt, Old Navy. I’ve never worn it with a belt before, but I was pleased with the result.
- Belt, thrifted.
- Assorted bangles.
- Wedges, Sketchers. If you had told me a year ago, I would’ve laughed if you had said I would find one of the most comfortable pairs of wedges at Sketchers. Now, I can’t lie when I say that everytime I pass Sketchers, I glance inside to see if they’ve got any new elevated shoes that’ll leave me wanting more.
And check out Daisy’s new hair cut! I can’t get over how cute she looks…those little bows in her hair are killing me::
