The shoes were a spur of the moment decision. My mom, grandmother and I took a peek into Payless after dinner last night and I couldn’t leave without getting these comfortable wedges. I’m in love with them. Better yet, they were on sale!
I did an entire shift of work in them this morning and I’m currently wearing them as I sit here on my bed. I fully plan on wearing them to the doctor’s and I will be wearing them when we go to dinner tonight. Moral? These are WEARABLE. Totally worth every penny. Not to mention they look good on the foot. Love. All the reviews on the website are very similar to my thoughts as well.
Speaking of love, I’m a bit obsessed with this new collage format for pictures. I think it lays everything out in an interesting way and is much more seamless for the blog. Any thoughts?
Today has been a VERY good day. Not only did I get a raise at work (YES!), but I also got an email notifying me that one of my writing pieces was selected for a literary journal at school. What does that mean? Allie’s getting published! Hurrah!
Sadly, my good day is about to take a turn for the worse…I have to go get blood drawn. I’m the worst person when it comes to this, to the point that the doctors and nurses usually have to give me cookies and water to keep me from passing out on the table. Yikes. Maybe it’s a psychological thing…I really do it for the cookie.
