It’s been one of those lovely days where I have nothing to do and so I spend it doing nothing. Know how it is?
My sister and I went to the store to pick up a bunch of ingredients for a pot roast that my mom is planning to make tonight. I think we’re going to all go get facials in Simi Valley while it is cooking. Which just further proves the point of: I LOVE DAYS LIKE THIS!
Bought these pants last summer (2010) at my beloved GAP sale. I will literally buy anything from that store…as long as it’s on sale. And lord knows that they do GOOD sales like twice a year. I love the length of these babies. Considering I’m a shrimp, it’s kind of hard to find pants that hit at the right point…but these ones get the job done! I didn’t feel like jeans and I’ve been too lazy to shave my legs, so these pants seemed like the perfect choice to run to the store in. The shoes? Not so much.
Trevor is in LA, he booked an extra job today (he’s playing a bike messenger), so there’s not much else to do. I’m contemplating crashing into my sister’s room to watch Dawson’s Creek with her, but that would require getting up and that seems like way too much energy that I don’t want to spend at the moment.
Moral of this blog post?
I love lazy days, shop at GAP whenever they have sales, and don’t wear huge Mary-Jane’s to the supermarket.
