Day 2 in the city was just as good, if not better, as the first one. We didn’t go to the city until a little bit later, arriving at the Parking Garage around 5pm. We met up with the Shor’s at an Asian fusion restaurant called Ruby Foo’s on Times Square where we got some GREAT dim-sum and I had a Teriyaki burger and tempura fries (yum yum yum!).

After dinner, we took full advantage of the fact that a lot of the street in Times Square is now blocked off to cars, and we stood in the middle of the street taking pictures of our surroundings. Mini photo-shoot in New York City? Gabby and I were obviously down, and we managed to get Trevor in front of the camera for a little bit as well.
We made it to an 8pm showing of “La Cage Aux Folles” starring Kelsey Grammer, which was one of the best Broadway experiences I’ve ever had. I LOVED IT. After the show, we hung out my TXTS and took even more pictures. Trevor and I took a walk up and down the street and we all wound up sitting at a little table eating Italian deserts until 1:30 in the morning. We took Gabby home with us because she came to the flea market at Giant’s stadium with Marianne and I the next morning!
Outfit:
  • Dress, bought at a store called Mandee, which I’ve never heard of but which I guess is really popular over here. (Can’t lie, I bought 4 dresses and 3 pairs of shoes from there). They have some REALLY cute dresses. I’ll probably be shopping online with them from here on out.
  • Sweater, thrifted in Vegas.
  • Necklace, bought at the Greek Festival back in June.
  • Shoes, one of the pairs I bought at Mandee.
  • Bag, Marciano.

We lucked out because this day it was A LOT less humid which made it more bearable. I would’ve been happy walking around all night, but that wasn’t a possibility.
