Jacket: Elizabeth and James; Dress: F21; Boots: Aldo; Necklace: JCrew
This jacket was a crazy, stupid “OMG, am I dreaming?” score. It all started last Friday, when I ventured over to the nearest Buffalo Exchange to sell some clothes. As most of you know, they offer you a silly amount of cash or a decent amount of store credit, so I decided to take a gander around the shop to see if I could find something that was worth taking home with me.
From there, I stumbled on to the sale rack, which offered an additional 50% off the regular price. “Okay, I’ll have a look,” I thought to myself. THEN IT HAPPENED. I flipped past an ugly vintage piece and there stood this jacket – ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED (MSRP of $495, no less). I quickly took a look around the store to make sure no one else saw this treasure and snuck it off of the sale rack and into the stack of clothing on my arm.
Things got even better when I got to the register. This bad boy came home with me for $23 bucks. TWENTY THREE DOLLARS. And with my store credit, it was practically free!
SIDENOTE: These pictures were taken in Palos Verdes at a belated Hanukkah lunch with my boyfriend’s family. (Yes, at the end of January). Trevor and I decided to play put-put on the putting green where we both came to the conclusion that I shouldn’t become a professional golfer anytime soon.
